After the officer has verified the payment, you will receive a confirmation message that your booking is successful.
Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 7 days before the check-in date to reschedule without any fees.
Cancellation:
If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund will be issued.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in : 13.00 - 20.00
Check out : no later than 11:00 AM
*In the case of check-out after 11:00 a fee of 200 baht per hour will be charged.
Service hours
Breakfast : 7.00 - 9.30
Swimming pool : 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Motorcycle:
Car pick-up: Ready to check-in (if available, can be used before check-in time)
Return the car: Ready to check out. but not later than 11:00 a.m.
Extension time: If the car is available, use until 6 PM. There is an additional fee of 250 baht.
Date Postponement Policy Cancellation of reservations
postpone the check-in date - inform more than 7 days before check-in date- no charge to postpone the date
Cancellation - More than 14 days notice before check-in date : Full refund
- Advance notice 7-14 days before check-in date : 50% refundable
- Less than 7 days notice before check-in date : Full cancellation fee of reserved room charge.
No show - No refund
️Terms and Conditions of Service

2.️ No grilling or cooking in the rooms and within the resort area is allowed.
3. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
4.️ Smoking is not allowed inside the room. Can smoke outside the room
5. If the customer causes damage or loss to the property of the resort. Must compensate for damages according to the value specified by the resort.
6. If the customer has left their personal belongings in the resort or is lost. The resort cannot be held responsible for any compensation.
7. If you want to change the number of guests or need an extra bed. Must notify in advance of arrival.
8. Persons other than the stated number of guests are not allowed. into the resort's room area or use the swimming pool without permission from the resort Violators will be charged a fine of 1000 baht per person. Friends or relatives can wait in the lobby area.
Exclusive Motorbike Offer for Guests
Direct Bookings: Guests who book directly with us (via Facebook, our website kohlarnriviera.com, email, or phone) receive 1 complimentary motorbike per room.
OTA Bookings: Guests booking through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Agoda or Booking.com can rent a motorbike at a special rate of 300 THB per day (subject to availability).
Conditions
Motorbikes, if available, may be used before the check-in time.
Please return the motorbike by 11:00 AM upon check-out. Extensions are available for a fee of 250 THB, allowing use until 6:00 PM (subject to availability).
