Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling PolicyRescheduling: Please notify us at least 7 days before the check-in date to reschedule without any fees.Cancellation:If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, a full refund will be issued.For cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you continue to violate this rule after being warned, the resort reserves the right to ask you to check out immediately without a refund.Cooking: Grilling or cooking of any kind is not permitted in the rooms or on the resort grounds.Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed.Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms (violators will be fined 2,000 baht). Please use the designated smoking area outside.Damages: If resort property is damaged or lost, the customer must compensate for the damages according to the specified value.Personal belongings: The resort is not responsible for the loss or abandonment of guests' personal belongings.Guests: Room and pool areas are reserved exclusively for "registered guests".Unauthorized individuals entering the area will be fined 1,000 baht per person.In case of visitors: Please use the designated lobby or reception area.
